| The Garcia villa is an executive 5 bedroom / 4 bathroom pool
home, located in the popular subdivision of Indian Creek. This home features your own private south facing screened in pool. This home has 2 master bedrooms, which makes it perfect for multiple families. The first master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed, 32 inch lcd flat screen television with dvd player,
private bathroom and door leading to the pool. Next master bedroom has a king size bed, 32 inch lcd flat screen television with dvd player, private bath and door leading to the pool area. The third bedroom is located in the front of the home and features a queen size bed, 32 inch lcd flat screen television with dvd player. Fourth bedroom is fitted with two full size beds and fifth bedroom is fitted with two twin beds each and has a playstation game unit with games. Both rooms have 32 inch lcd flat screen televisions with dvd players and share an adjoining bathroom.
The living room has a massive 55 inch plasma hd television, dvd player with movies, stereo, plenty of seating and sliding glass doors leading to the screened in pool. Keep in touch with the Free high speed internet connection.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the needed utensils and cookware. The eat in kitchen is a great place to enjoy a home cooked meal and plan for your next day of Florida sunshine! | The Garcia villa is located in the much desired Indian Creek subdivision, which is in an excellent location just south/west of Disney.
Indian Creek is a quiet community with a tennis court, basketball court, putting green, children's playground and jogging path. Ideally located just off Hwy. 192 in Kissimmee and less then 10 minutes to Walt Disney World.
Within a 2 minute drive you will find a supermarket, 24 hour pharmacy and a good selection of shops and restaurants. The Universal Theme parks, Sea World and Wet n Wild are all within 20 minutes. Orlando International Airport is less then 30 minutes away.
Fantastic shopping with Belz Factory outlet, Mall at Millennium and the Florida Mall within a 20 minute drive.
Close to everything, but in a nice quiet subdivision. A perfect place to spend your vacation. |
