The Shaw Villa
| The Shaw villa is a 2 level Spacious 6 bedroom / 4 bathroom
home, located in the upscale golf community of Highlands Reserve. This home features your own private screened in pool with spa and waterfall. The home has a very large master bedroom upstairs with a king bed, color television,
private bathroom and walk in closet. Next bedroom has two twin beds and bathroom across the hall. Adjoining bedroom is fitted with a full size bed. Across the upstairs hall are two more bedrooms. One fitted with 2 twin beds and the other has a queen size bed. Both share an adjoining bathroom.
Downstairs you will find the 6th secluded bedroom featuring a full size bed, color television and adjoing bathroom. The family room has a large cable television, Dvd player, sliding glass doors leading to the screened in pool and plenty of seating. Keep in touch with the Free computer and high speed internet connection.
All this plus a billiard table for your family enjoyment! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the needed utensils and cookware. Seperate dining area is a great place to enjoy a home cooked meal and plan for your next day of Florida sunshine! Second living room is a nice quiet retreat.
Treat your family to a wonderful vacation home. Sleeps 10 - 12 very comfortable.

Highlands Reserve is a very exclusive neighborhood. It’s quiet, and a place where you can feel safe taking a walk or morning jog. The property is just minutes from shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and a variety of evening entertainment and with easy access to all the major attractions.
