The Patch Condo
| Windsor Palms Resort is a premier resort community in the Kissimme area, near to Walt Disney World. Its proximity to Orlando's world-renowned attractions is unrivaled. Staying in the community gives you automatic membership to all the private resort facilities, during your stay. Disney World is only 3 miles away, and the many shops and restaurants of Highway 192 are only a short two-minute drive. The center piece of the community is the 7500 square foot clubhouse complete with sundry shop, 57 seat movie theater, fitness center and game room. Just outside is the Olympic size heated pool, with a hot tub and kiddie pool. The community has tennis courts, a sand volleyball court and basketball courts. There is a playground for younger visitors and an area where you can even have your own family BBQ. All sports equipment is available free for guests to hire from the sundry store. There is a secure gated entrance with 24hr guard for your piece of mind. |
| The Patch condo is a first floor 2 bedroom unit that boasts a lounge with sofa and love seat, with a large cable TV. The lounge opens onto a screened lanai where you can spend the evening relaxing. Leading off the lounge is a dining area that provides seating for up to 6 guests. The well equipped and spacious galley kitchen, with range, microwave, fridge/freezer, plus utensils, crockery and appliances required for that perfect family meal together. The master bedroom enjoys a king-size bed, with night-stands, lamps, telephone, clock/radio and dresser with cable TV and generous walk-in closet space. The master bedroom also features a private bathroom with toilet, vanity unit, plus a shower/bath. The second bedroom configured 2 twin beds, cable televisin and an adjacent (shared) family bathroom. |

The Patch condo is located in the exclusive gated and guarded community of Windsor Palms. Disney World is a short drive of 10 minutes. Close to everything, but in a nice quiet subdivision. A perfect place to spend your vacation.
