Every bedroom allowed peaceful privacy!
Had everything I needed, and more extras than anyplace I've stayed. The bed that I slept in, was the kind of comfort that I like. All those bedrooms, and all that space, all on one level, was extremely convenient. Harry Ballard responds very quickly, and was thorough, clear, and had very simple instructions on how to enter the home, as well as anything that I needed to know while staying in the home.

Harry Ballard has been looking after our property on Highlands Reserve for over five years now and we have been thoroughly pleased with his service. We have had the house for a number of years, Harry of FloridaHolidayHomes4u.com has managed the property for a good number of years, nothing is too much trouble, more importantly he is always on hand for the guests if they have any requirments or issues, two recent guests gave the following testimonials
On our second day of our holiday we found that the phone line and wifi had stopped working, one phone call to Harry and an engineer was arranged and fixed the problems. The next day, Harry made a visit to check that everything was okay. Excellent response and service, we were very impressed.
The accomodation is spotless and regularly serviced to a very high standard. The company responsible for the upkeep of the villa locally are a phone call away & when a light bulb in the kitchen went out it was replaced the same day. The pool is cleaned weekly by the same company poolman & it is nice to cool off after a day out at the parks.
Quite simply Harry does an excellent job which is reflected in the condition of the property, we have always been very pleased with what he does for us and how he communicates with us.
