| The Wendy home is a 2 level Spacious 5 bedroom / 3 bathroom home, located in the upscale golf community of Highlands Reserve. This home features your own private screened in pool. The home has a very large master bedroom upstairs with a king bed, color television, computer, private bathroom and walk in closet. Next bedroom has two twin beds and bathroom across the hall. Across the upstairs hall are two more bedrooms. Both fitted with 2 twin beds each. Downstairs you will find the 5th secluded bedroom featuring a queen size bed, color television and adjoining bathroom. The family room has a large 52 inch plasma television, Dvd player, sliding glass doors leading to the screened in pool and plenty of seating. Keep in touch with the computer and Free high speed internet connection. All this plus a gameroom for your family enjoyment! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the needed utensils and cookware. Seperate dining area is a great place to enjoy a home cooked meal and plan for your next day of Florida sunshine! Second living room is a nice quiet retreat.
